Project overview
An end-to-end recruitment and examination portal supporting candidate registration, application scrutiny, examination readiness, centre allocation, results and operational reporting.
The challenge
Large tradesman recruitment drives combine application processing with examination operations. Candidate data must remain consistent across scrutiny, centre planning, attendance, assessment and results, while applicants need timely status information and support throughout the cycle.
Project goals
- Connect recruitment and examination stages in one system
- Improve visibility for candidates and authorized teams
- Support examination-centre allocation and readiness checks
- Maintain traceable records from application through results
Strategy and solution
The portal uses one controlled candidate record across registration, application, document review, admit-card release, centre allocation, attendance readiness and result publication. Operational dashboards help authorized teams monitor volumes, exceptions, examination capacity, support requests and stage-wise completion.
Our approach
Defined a stage-based candidate lifecycle
Created role-specific work queues and permissions
Connected centre allocation, admit-card and attendance workflows
Designed dashboards for volume, exception and completion monitoring
Content, search and answer visibility
Pages were organized around real customer questions and clear service intent. Descriptive headings, internal links, readable copy and structured page relationships help visitors, search engines and answer systems understand the business without keyword stuffing.
Outcome
The system creates a more coordinated recruitment cycle, reducing fragmented records and giving candidates, support teams and administrators a consistent view of progress from registration to final result.
